Shipping policy
At Mamatcha, we process orders every business day, from Monday to Friday. Please note that orders are not fulfilled over the weekend, as this time is reserved for our families.
For customers in Toronto, orders generally are processed within 1-3 business days and arrive based on the expected delivery date provided by the courier. We partner with reliable couriers like Canada Post, Canpar, Purolator, and UPS for our logistics needs. However, there may be times when these couriers experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances, which can extend delivery times.
In the event of a delay, we recommend tracking your shipment using the provided tracking number and contacting the courier for further information.
We appreciate your understanding and are committed to ensuring your order reaches you as promptly as possible.
CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change any details or cancel the order. Please ensure you check all details, including the name and address given, are correct to avoid disappointment.
ORDER LOST OR NOT DELIVERED
If your order is not delivered to the shipping address you provided, please use the tracking number provided and contact the courier company with your concern. Mamatcha is not responsible for orders that are lost or not delivered.
If you receive notification from the courier company or Mamatcha saying that your order has been delivered, but you do not physically have the parcel, please contact the assigned courier as per the tracking information provided.
RE-DELIVERY / DELAYS
Items that are delayed, are not eligible for a refund or compensation. The cost for re-delivery attempts due to incorrect details being provided at checkout will be passed on to the customer. When your order is shipped you will be sent an email confirmation with an order number which must be used when inquiring about your order. We are unable to redirect an order to another address once it has been submitted.
